‘I have lived through may ideations of my life and my fitness,’ Noah told FEMAIL.
The gym owner admitted to focusing too much on counting calories and portion sizes several times throughout his life, and said the most important thing that kept him on track was changing his mindset.
‘That is where a lot of people go wrong, they take an all or nothing approach – “I must eat super clean 100 per cent, if I fail then it’s over for me and I’m just going to fall of the wagon”, when it’s really about finding balance.’
Noah follows the 80/20 rule when it comes to food because he believes eating is an ‘extension of the life he wants to live’ – and he doesn’t subscribe to diets such as Keto or Atkins.
Rumble has more than 300 locations all over the world, including Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Melbourne – and the gym’s latest endeavour just opened in Sydney’s Bondi Beach
