A leading fitness coach has revealed her favourite KFC order for under 400 calories, and all you have to do to replicate it is leave out one condiment from your order.

Mum-of-four Sophie Guidolin, 33, from the , said she orders a Zinger burger without mayo, reducing the dish from 408 calories to 380.

 founder said the healthy takeaway is a calorie smart way to satisfy cravings, and fits into the ‘flexible dieting’ lifestyle she endorses.

The fitness coach said that endorsing flexible dieting ‘truly changed’ her life and she now incorporates it into fitness plans she designs for others.

Flexible dieting allows people to have more freedom in their food choice whilst still meeting their personalised macronutrient targets, it is supposed to encourage a more sustainable weight loss routine and a healthier attitude to dieting.

However not everyone was impressed with the fact Sophie took out mayo from her order.
